Affiliate Sign-up
The Affiliate Sign-up feature allows new Affiliates to register themselves directly through the Affiliate Marketplace login page. Once enabled, new Affiliates can submit a registration request that the account manager reviews and approves before granting access.
How to enable Affiliate Sign-up
Go to Control > Configuration > Performance Hub, and click on the Affiliate Signup tab.
Set Affiliate Signup to Yes and configure the following fields:
Affiliate registration coordinator (mandatory) — the account manager who will be assigned by default to all new Affiliates that register through the sign-up form. This person will also receive an email notification each time a new registration request is submitted.
Registration support email (mandatory) — the contact email displayed to Affiliates if they encounter any issues during the sign-up process.
Click Save to activate the feature.
How the sign-up process works for Affiliates
Once Affiliate Sign-up is enabled, new Affiliates can register by following these steps:
Go to the Affiliate Marketplace login page. A Sign up link will be visible at the bottom.
Click the sign-up link and enter their email address, then click Send application.
They will receive a verification email with a link to the full sign-up form.
After filling it out and clicking Save, the registration request is submitted.
How to approve a new Affiliate
Once a new Affiliate submits their registration:
The Affiliate registration coordinator receives an email notification with a direct link to the new Affiliate's profile in Aftrad.
Open the Affiliate's profile and review their information.
To approve them, change their Status to Active.
The Affiliate will then receive an email with their login credentials.
💡 Tip: While reviewing a new Affiliate, you can also set their status to Pending to keep them in a review queue, or Rejected if you decide not to approve them.
