You can select to enable or disable the affiliate sign up in Aftrad:
To enable this feature, these are the steps you must follow:
In your Aftrad account, go to Settings --> Network --> AFFILIATE SIGN UP, and select Yes.
Then, configure the following:
Affiliate registration coordinator: This will be the account manager assigned by default to all new affiliates who sign up through the registration form.
Registration support email: This will be the contact email for the affiliates to contact in case of a problem during the sign up.
Once this setup is completed, the affiliate sign up will be enabled in the platform.
How does this feature look for the new affiliates?
The affiliates will go to the login page, and they will see the sign up link at the bottom:
Once they click on the sign up link, they will be ask to insert and confirm their email address:
After clicking on "Send application", the affiliate will receive an email verification with a link to the sign up form:
After filling out the form and clicking the Save button, the "Affiliate registration coordinator" will receive an email notifying him that a new affiliate has requested access to the platform.
This email contains a link to the new affiliate edit section in the platform:
The account manager can manage the status of the affiliate account. To accept the new affiliate, change the Status to Active.
Once the status is set to Active, the affiliate will receive an email with their login details.
