Affiliate Sign-up lets new affiliates apply for an account themselves, from your Affiliate Marketplace login page. You review each application and decide who gets access, so your team doesn't have to create every affiliate by hand.
Turn on Affiliate Sign-up
Go to Control → Configuration → Performance Hub and open the AFFILIATE SIGNUP tab.
Set Affiliate Signup to Yes and fill in:
Affiliate registration coordinator (mandatory) — the account manager who receives an email for every new application. Affiliates who sign up get this person as their Affiliate Manager by default.
Registration support email (optional) — shown on the sign-up page as the contact for affiliates who already have an account and have trouble logging in.
Click Save. The Sign up link now appears on your Affiliate Marketplace login page.
Note: To stop new applications, set Affiliate Signup to No and click Save. Pending applications are kept.
Ask for extra information
In Custom fields, on the same tab, you can add your own questions (for example "How did you hear about us?"). They are added at the end of the registration form and of the affiliate's profile, in the order you create them. See Affiliate Signup – Custom Fields.
How affiliates sign up
Each network has its own Affiliate Marketplace address. Share it with the affiliates you want to recruit, or share the direct link to the sign-up form: <your Affiliate Marketplace address>/affiliate-signup/registration-application.
Your affiliates can also bring new ones with their Referral link, in their Affiliate Marketplace. Affiliates who sign up through it are linked to the affiliate who referred them. See Affiliate Marketplace and the Referral Program tab in Create an Affiliate – Advanced setup.
1. On the login page, the affiliate clicks Sign up ("You do not have an account yet? Sign up").
2. In Signup application, they enter their email in E-mail and Repeat your e-mail, and click Send application. A page asks them to check their email.
3. They receive an email with a link to the registration form. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
4. They fill in the registration form: their name, company and country, and how to reach them (Instant Messenger Type and Instant Messenger, for example Telegram). Your custom fields are at the end, under Additional information. Then they click Save.
5. A page confirms that the registration is complete and that the application is under review.
The new affiliate is created with the status Pending, the Company name as its name, and your coordinator as its Affiliate Manager.
Approve a new affiliate
1. The Affiliate registration coordinator receives an email (New signup notification) with the affiliate's details, their answers to your custom fields and a link to review the application.
2. The link opens the new affiliate in Aftrad, with the status Pending. You can also find it in Performance → Affiliates. Check the information they sent.
3. To approve, set Status to Active and click Save.
4. The affiliate receives an email with a link to set up their password and the link to log in to the Affiliate Marketplace. The email also gives their Affiliate Manager's name and email.
Note: If you're not ready to decide, leave the affiliate as Pending. To turn the application down, set Status to Rejected and click Save. The affiliate doesn't receive an email in that case.
