How to edit an affiliate
Go to Affiliates
Click on the Affiliate name or in the Actions icon:
This will redirect you to the edit Affiliate page:
GENERAL
Main setup
Affiliate information
Name: affiliate's name.
Affiliate Manager: affiliate’s account manager.
Tags: affiliate's tags. This can be used later for filtering in stats.
Country: where the affiliate carries out its activity.
Timezone: where the affiliate carries out its activity.
Address line 1, Address line 2, Zip, City, Region, Website: extra information you can register for your Affiliate.
Billing information
Billing information is not mandatory, but if you need to generate proformas for your affiliate, you must fill in these fields:

Affiliate legal name
Billing address
Tax number
Affiliate setup
Status:
Active: select this value if you want the affiliate to be able to send traffic to Aftrad.
Blocked
Deleted
Paused
Pending
Rejected
Impression error handling: In case of an error redirecting to the impression URL, how do you handle this error? There are two options:
HTTP Response code: select the response code that Aftrad will return to the Affiliate
200 OK
204 No content
400 Bad request
404 Not found
Impression error handling: Aftrad will redirect the impression to the "Impression traffic back URL" configured
Impression Traffic Back URL: set here the URL where to redirect the affiliate
Revenue share: The default revenue share pays the affiliate in every offer. This value can be overridden in every offer.
Is restricted to exclusive domains:
Yes: If this option is selected, the affiliate can only send traffic using the domains configured in the field "Exclusive traffic domains"
No: if this option is selected, the affiliate can send traffic using all Global domains configured
Exclusive traffic domains: Select the exclusive domains you must set for the Affiliate. All traffic received from different domains will be directly blocked if restricted to exclusive domains.
Default traffic domain: This is the default domain that Aftrad uses when generating the tracking link for the affiliate.
Offer feed access: By enabling this option, you allow the affiliate to use the "Offer feed" to fetch all the offers available for the affiliate.
Affiliate Fallback
When requested offer is not available: choose where to redirect the traffic when the offer is not reachable or when the traffic is blocked.
Find alternative offer and report to the affiliate: If you choose this option, Aftrad will send the traffic to the most optimal offer.
attributed offer's payout value: If you select this option, every conversion will be attributed to the affiliate, regardless of whether the payout for the affiliate is the same as the requested offer.
requested offer's payout value: The conversion will only be attributed to the affiliate when the accumulated affiliate payout equals or exceeds the payout of the requested offer. Therefore, the platform will continue accumulating postbacks until the payout of the requested offer is reached. This will result in a discrepancy between the number of events recorded for the network and those for the affiliate. However, from the affiliates' point of view, they will always receive a postback with the same payout.
Return click to traffic back URL: If you choose this option, the traffic will be redirected to the URL configured in the Traffic Back URL field.
Traffic back URL: Set the URL where to send the traffic if the click doesn't match the offer.
Firewall
Datacenter: If this option is active, Datacenter traffic will be blocked
NonHTML: If this option is active, NonHTML traffic will be blocked.
IFrames: If this option is active, iFrame traffic will be blocked
Blank referer: If this option is active, traffic with an empty referer will be blocked
Postbacks
In this section, you can configure the different affiliate postback URLs where the platform will notify you of the events.
Offer postbacks
In this section, you can configure specific Affiliate postback URLs per offer and offer/event type.
Global postbacks
In this section, you can configure specific Affiliate postback URLs per event type.
Default postbacks
In this section, you can configure the default Affiliate postback URL.
Macros
In this section, you can configure the default macros the platform will add to the offer tracking link the Affiliates will get from the Affiliate platform. Constants and placeholders are accepted as a value for every macro. Here, you must configure every macro you want to include in the Affiliate tracking URL of every offer.
CONTACTS
In this tab, you can create and manage all the affiliate contacts.
In the top right corner of this tab, click +Create to create a new Affiliate contact.
To edit a contact, click on the contact name or the action icon on the right.
Affiliate contact information
Email: This email will be used to log in to the marketplace and send notifications.

Status
Active: select this option to allow the affiliate contact to access the Marketplace and receive email notifications.
Blocked: select this option if you want to block the affiliate. The affiliate contact cannot access the Marketplace if this option is enabled.
Deleted: select this option if you want to block the affiliate. If this status is selected, the affiliate cannot access the Marketplace or receive email notifications.
Block access: If this option is enabled, the affiliate cannot access the marketplace, even if the status is Active.
Blocked by failed login attempts: This option will be automatically set when the user is blocked because of too many login attempts. You can unblock the user by disabling this option.
Notify: The affiliate contact will receive email notifications if this option is enabled.
PAYMENT DETAILS
In this section, you can set the affiliate's payment details. Later, you can use this information to generate a proforma for this affiliate.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
In this section, you can configure the referral program for your affiliate. Referral program functionality to incentivise affiliates to bring more affiliates to your network through a referral link.
You only have to define what percentage of the profit the referred affiliate generates in the configured period will be paid to the affiliate who brought the new affiliate.
RESOURCES
This private repository allows you to upload images, documents, and zip files. Network users can view this information, but affiliates and advertisers cannot.
