The Visibility field of an offer decides which affiliates see it in the Affiliate Marketplace and whether they can take its tracking link straight away, after asking for access, or only when you assign it to them.
Go to Home → Offers, open the offer and find Visibility in GENERAL → Main setup, section Tracking & Visibility.

See the Marketplace as one of your affiliates
You can check what an affiliate sees without leaving Aftrad:
Go to Performance → Affiliates.
In the Actions column of the affiliate, click the View as affiliate icon (hat with glasses).
In the left menu, under Smartlinks, the affiliate's view appears with Dashboard, Marketplace, Statistics and My settings.
Click Marketplace.
Public offers
Public offers are listed for every affiliate with the Accessible label. Your affiliates can copy the tracking link from the list (copy icon) or open the offer and use the Offer Tracking URL, payouts and postback links in the offer detail.
Protected offers
Protected offers are also listed for every affiliate, with the Upon request label. Your affiliates can see the offer details (description, KPI, platforms, countries…), but not the tracking link: the detail shows Not accessible instead.
To get access, the affiliate clicks Request access, either inside the offer detail or with the key icon in the Marketplace list.
Approve or reject a request
Each request reaches you in Tools → Issues center, as a record saying which affiliate asked for access to which offer. On the right of the record:
Thumbs up — approves the request. The offer becomes Accessible for that affiliate and they can copy its tracking link.
Thumbs down — rejects the request. The affiliate still sees the offer, but can't get the tracking link.
In both cases, Aftrad emails the affiliate contact who made the request with your answer.
Private offers
Private offers are hidden from the Marketplace. An affiliate only sees a Private offer after you assign it to them:
Open the offer and go to the AFFILIATES tab.
In the affiliate's row, click the Edit icon in the Actions column.
Set Permission status to Assigned and click Save.
The offer then appears in the affiliate's Marketplace, in All offers and in My offers, where your affiliates find the offers they have access to: the Private offers assigned to them and the Protected offers you approved.
Note: to take a Private offer away from an affiliate you assigned it to, set Permission status to Blocked. The affiliate loses access and can no longer send traffic to the offer.
