Offer Groups let you organize your offers into logical categories for easier management and more granular reporting. An offer can optionally belong to one group; a group can contain any number of offers. Offers that are not assigned to any group remain fully functional — group assignment is always optional.
Managing offer groups
Go to Offer groups in the main navigation, directly below Offers.
The list shows each group's ID, Name, and Offer count (the number of offers currently assigned to it). Clicking the offer count links directly to the Statistics filtered by that group.
Creating a group
Click Create and enter a name for the group. That's all that's required.
Click Save. The group is immediately available to assign to offers.
Editing a group
Click the edit icon next to any group to rename it. Changes to a group name are reflected immediately everywhere the group is referenced, including Statistics.
Deleting offer groups is not supported. If you no longer need a group, you can reassign or remove its offers and leave it empty.
Assigning an offer to a group
Open the offer and go to General → Main setup. The Offer group field appears in the same row as Category.
Select the group from the dropdown. To remove an offer from a group, clear the field and save — the offer will remain active with no group assigned.
Filtering offers by group
The Offers list supports two group-related filters:
Offer groups — multi-select dropdown; returns offers belonging to any of the selected groups
Has offer group — select Yes to show only offers assigned to a group, or No to show only unassigned offers
Statistics
Offer Groups are available as both a filter and a grouping dimension in Statistics.
You can filter and group by:
Requested offer group — the group of the offer that was originally requested by the affiliate's click
Attributed offer group — the group of the offer that was ultimately attributed to the conversion (relevant when routing or fallback redirects traffic to a different offer)
Offers with no group assignment appear as No group in Statistics.
Group assignments in Statistics are resolved dynamically from the current offer configuration — they are not stored in the raw event data. This means that if you reassign an offer to a different group, historical statistics for that offer will reflect the new group assignment retroactively.
You can also access Statistics pre-filtered by a specific group directly from the Offer groups list using the statistics icon on each row:
Statistics as requested offer group — opens Statistics filtered by that group as the requested offer group
Statistics as attributed offer group — opens Statistics filtered by that group as the attributed offer group
